Normally, orders take 2-5 business days to ship. When experiencing higher than normal order volumes, shipping may take longer than expected. If you need your order sooner please contact us to upgrade your shipping method - additional shipping fees may apply.

Please double check with your neighbors/mail room/front desk staff to see if anyone mistakenly received your package. If you placed your order using Route, please contact them for further assistance. If you opted out of Route when placing your order, Arksi jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
